Job Title: Home Health Aide - Rockland

Traditions Home Health Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide to join our team in the Rockland area. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our patients, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and reporting any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
  • Assist patients with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Requirements:
  • HHA Certification
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with HHA Certification (Home Care preferred)
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable auto, proof of insurance (clean driving record)
  • Current TB Test (yearly) or X-Ray (every 5 years)
  • The ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
  • Own a Smartphone (all documentation is done through an app)
  • Reliable, honest, and compassionate
  • Experience working with Dementia Patients
