We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at High Quality Distribution Llc. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products, and closing sales with smoke shops and distributors across the United States.

As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with Regional Sales Managers to drive sales growth and expand our market presence. About You

We are looking for a driven and results-focused individual with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work independently and manage time effectively will be essential in meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. With a solid understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools, you will be well-equipped to deliver accurate and timely updates to our Regional Sales Managers.

Your Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead Generation: Utilize provided lists of smoke shops, dispensaries, and distributors to identify potential clients. Conduct research to discover additional leads through online resources and industry networks.
  • Initial Contact: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits. Introduce our company and outline the benefits of our products.
  • Product Demonstration: Demonstrate product features and benefits using samples and marketing materials. Highlight the unique selling points and differentiators of our brand.
  • Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, answer questions, and address concerns to finalize agreements. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Post-Sale Engagement: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat orders. Provide free product samples to potential clients to secure new leads.
  • Reporting: Submit detailed weekly reports to the Regional Sales Manager, including updates on leads, sales activities, and progress towards targets.

Compensation and Benefits

Our competitive compensation package includes a base commission rate of 5% on all sales, with tiered rates for higher sales volumes. Additional bonuses are available for meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
