Job Summary

Vintage Realty Company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our properties at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apartment Make Ready Process: Prepare vacant units for new residents by performing necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Work Order Completion: Complete assigned work orders in a timely and efficient manner to ensure resident satisfaction.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, locks, and sheetrock maintenance and repair duties.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular property and vacant unit inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Tool Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the use of basic hand tools and power tools.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of apartment/multi-family experience and 2 years of maintenance-specific experience.
  • Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
