Maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance

Unloading delivery trucks and taking out the trash

Responsibilities

Filter oil fryers daily to maintain a clean and safe cooking environment
Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Unload delivery trucks 2 times a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies
Take out and empty the trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free environment
Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to ensure optimal performance and safety
