Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Ashford Place. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our property, utilizing their experience and attention to detail skills to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

As a Maintenance Technician at RAM Partners, LLC, you will enjoy a competitive compensation package, including bonuses outlined by the property commission structure. Our benefits include:

Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing work orders in a timely manner based on priority
  • Completing make-readies
  • Maintaining property grounds and common areas
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
  • Providing a parts and material list needed on a weekly basis
  • Assisting in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
  • Demonstrating customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Adhering to all safety policies and procedures
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
Qualifications

To be successful as a Maintenance Technician at RAM Partners, LLC, you will need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
  • Valid Driver's License is required
  • EPA HVAC certified preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
  • Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
