Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay: $20.00 / hour
  • Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time, including Weekends and Holidays
  • Skill Level: Entry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish connections with guests and co-workers.
  • Share your enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
  • Adhere to leadership guidelines as discussed in daily pre-shift meetings.
  • Prepare beverage stations and food displays, manage cash registers, greet guests, and clear tables.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout the day and at the end of your shift.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all essential training to ensure you can perform your job safely.
  • A strong desire to learn and develop.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

A Mountain Resort Team Member is a versatile employee who often works across multiple departments and in various capacities to support the unified resort experience, which may include:

  • Mountain Activities
  • Retail Rental Operations
  • Food and Beverage Support
  • Ticket Sales or Scanning
  • Lift Operations
  • Base Area Operations

The anticipated pay for this position is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to offer for this role. Individual compensation decisions will be based on various factors.
