Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level application support for our high-tech multi-beam technology, including operating the machine, monitoring performance, and analyzing data to offer solutions.
  • Document results of regular checks, processes, and problem cases, and serve as a communication interface to the second level support team.
  • Visit other sites in the US to exchange knowledge, support the team, or perform trainings.

Requirements:

  • Industry experience in high voltage, high vacuum, and complex electronics.
  • Technical degree in physics, chemistry, electrical engineering, or materials science, with a strong interest in continuous development.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical content clearly and competently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, face challenges, and make full use of analytical skills, technical knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in Python, Office solutions, and Linux.
