Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at STAT Home Health in Hammond, LA. As a Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with our dedicated healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions across service lines.
  • Develop and update patient care plans, including timely documentation of Oasis, 485, and order submissions.
  • Teach and supervise other clinical personnel as needed, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal laws, resolving issues and investigating complaints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current Louisiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience as an RN or LPN.
  • Current CPR Certification.
  • Excellent time management skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
  • Reliable transportation for conducting patient visits.
