About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians and document patient responses.
  • Monitor patients receiving I.V. conscious sedation and adhere to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Assist in operational functions, such as scheduling assignments and data collection.
  • Maintain satisfactory communication and promote relationships among healthcare team members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A current LA RN license and graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $$65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
