Shift Leader

We are seeking a skilled Shift Leader to oversee shifts and work areas in our Papa John's restaurant, ensuring high-quality products and customer service are delivered to drive restaurant profitability. The ideal candidate will have pizza experience and a strong work ethic, with a focus on managing operations, executing company policies, and maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to guidelines, techniques, and expectations for each station, including dough management, accuracy, and proper portioning. Perform assigned work station duties, such as making quality products, following product preparation procedures, and maintaining established product holding times.
  • Exemplify and exhibit the Core Values, maintaining a positive attitude, working well with others, and being flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Ensure adequate shift coverage for the restaurant, provide immediate feedback, and correct problems when identified. Maintain product quality, customer service, and performance responsibilities within acceptable standards.
  • Contribute to profit goals by accurately utilizing the FOCUS System, executing cash management duties, and assisting in the management of adequate inventory levels to minimize loss.
