Key Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking candidates for immediate openings.

Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with benefit vendors in the U.S. and Canada.
- Analyzing key metrics and trends to formulate strategies aimed at optimizing plan performance and utilization.
- Collaborating with communications specialists to effectively promote benefit plans and enhance employee wellness initiatives.
- Acting as the subject matter expert and primary contact for designated benefit plans, providing guidance to HR partners on administrative and policy inquiries.
- Researching, analyzing, and addressing administrative appeals.
- Facilitating and reviewing requests for proposals (RFPs); negotiating contracts and renewals with benefit vendors while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Assisting in the creation and annual review of benefit materials, including summary plan descriptions, enrollment guides, and new hire communications.
- Monitoring state and federal regulations to ensure plan compliance.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing Health and Welfare benefits for organizations with over 1,000 employees.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation is preferred.
