Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Guest Experience Expert to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and unique.
Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and address guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Complete reports and share the highlights of the local area with guests.
- Ensure a safe work environment and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Protect company assets and uphold quality standards.
- Represent the company in a professional manner, both in uniform and in communication.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No license or certification required.
