Key Responsibilities- Patient Check-in and Registration: Verify patient demographics, collect outstanding balances and co-pays, and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Communication and Triage: Respond to phone calls, take messages, and triage patient concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule patient appointments, procedures, and testing, and ensure that all necessary orders are sent.
- Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with previous medical office experience preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Medent and Microsoft Office, with experience in electronic medical records (EMRs) a plus.
- Location: Cayuga Primary Care Ithaca Mall, 40 Catherwood Rd, Ithaca
- Work Schedule: Onsite, with a focus on providing excellent patient care and service.
- Pay Range: $19.50 to $23.00 per hour
