About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical – Oncology Unit as a RN Medical - Oncology. As a key member of our team, you will provide individualized care to patients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring seamless coordination with interdisciplinary colleagues.
- You will work collaboratively with patients and families to develop personalized care plans, addressing physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
- You will assess and respond quickly to changes in patients' conditions, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- You will perform nursing duties, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring, maintaining a high level of competence and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse License.
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification.
- Associates Degree in Nursing required. BSN is preferred.
- ONS Chemotherapy certification preferred.
