We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sonos. As a Sonic Sales Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting Sonos products, and achieving sales targets.

About the Role

This is a part-time seasonal position representing Sonos in Best Buy stores on weekends. You will work 12 hours per week, with shifts starting on October 7th and running through January 6th, with strong possibilities of extension into next year.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver product demonstrations to identify home audio solutions that meet customers' needs
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates to drive Sonos sales growth
  • Assist and train store personnel to confidently communicate Sonos information
  • Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have previous sales experience, a strong sales aptitude, and excellent interpersonal communication skills. You should also be able to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.

Compensation and Benefits

You can earn up to a 20% bonus based on your performance. Additionally, you will receive biweekly pay with direct deposit, W2 employment, and access to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with Company Match.
