We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level IT Technician. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Triage and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and network devices.
- Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our internal ticketing system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and support.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems and software.
