Position Overview:
As a vital member of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients and families facing complex healthcare challenges. Your commitment will ensure that care is safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, efficient, and equitable.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure quality patient care and customer satisfaction through efficient clinic operations, including optimal scheduling and resource management.

3. Prioritize and document assessments, developing a nursing care plan using critical thinking and clinical judgment.

6. Coordinate care and refer patients to appropriate agencies or healthcare professionals as needed.
7. Perform on-site and telephone triage, ensuring patients receive the right level of care in a timely manner.

Act as a patient and healthcare advocate, maintaining a safe environment and promoting high-quality healthcare services. Adhere to professional nursing standards throughout your practice.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in nursing, an Associate's degree in nursing, or a diploma from an accredited nursing program is required.
