About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Mobile Development to join our team at Homecare Homebase. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our mobile applications and leading a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of our mobile applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement strategic approaches to drive engineering delivery and quality.
  • Develop and manage process adherence and repeatability, ensuring efficient and effective software development practices.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to team members to ensure their growth and development.
Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of hands-on development or architecture experience with mission-critical enterprise systems/products.
  • Recent experience with cloud migration techniques and strategies.
  • 4-6+ years of software experience designing and shipping large enterprise systems in the cloud/Azure.
  • 4-6+ years of experience working with architecture and DevOps peers in a fast-paced Agile environment.
  • 4-6+ years of hands-on code-level management and leadership experience, including patterns and practices.
  • 3-5+ years of experience with partner and tooling ecosystem for hybrid cloud development with Microsoft technologies.
