Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at K.A. Recruiting. As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients
  • Analyze and interpret laboratory results to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a laboratory setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
