About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled administrative support specialist to provide part-time assistance to our executive team. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, managing correspondence, and booking speaking engagements.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule appointments and maintain executive calendars
  • Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses to emails and phone calls
  • Book speaking engagements and travel arrangements
  • Assist with expense reporting and financial management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in common office software and customer relationship management tools.
