About the Role

Lumen Inc is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Communications Manager to support our Sales organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in enhancing the effectiveness of our Sales team, driving engagement, and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support the Sales organization's goals and drive business growth.
  • Provide strategic counsel and communications support to the Executive Vice President leading our Sales organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, senior management, and partners.
  • Produce high-quality, compelling content for various communication channels, including presentations, internal communications, and social media.
  • Design and manage communication campaigns that promote sales initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, or a related field. Strong media relations experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated and data-driven.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable and flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a senior executive.
  • Ability to develop strategic communication plans and execute them effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
