Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Manager, Digital Innovation with the execution and progression of projects through the Digital Innovation Stage Gate process
  • Work with the Digital Innovation team stakeholders and Domino's leadership to prioritize and define desired user experiences, objectives, and goals
  • Ensure projects have defined KPIs and results are measured against objectives and goals
  • Remain current on competitive digital programs and strategies. Proactively recommend actions when needed to respond to competitive activity
  • Work with the Manager, Digital Innovation to establish processes and metrics for a world-class retail experience discipline within the organization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, technology, business, related fields, or comparable education/experience
  • 3+ years of interactive marketing, product management, innovation, or related experience
  • Passion for innovation and willingness to learn new technologies or processes
  • Experience / understanding of Domino's or quick service restaurant operating environment and processes preferred
  • Experience executing user-experience initiatives in technology or digital fields preferred
  • Self-starter with ability to manage details while maintaining a broad perspective on overall business goals
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and metrics measurement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
