About the Role

Ziff Davis Shopping is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting Sales Account Directors with data reporting and analysis, content management, and other tasks to drive revenue growth for our US and CA shopping brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Account Team to develop strategic campaigns that drive revenue for your book of accounts.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of optimized campaigns.
  • Work with the Account Team to track sales opportunities, ensure opportunities are activated, and conduct analysis to evaluate ongoing performance.
  • Create and present performance results material to clients and make recommendations for future investment.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Account Directors to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of experience in account management, customer/client success, marketing, or project management.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and comfortable with regular reprioritizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and tell a story with data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in online advertising, mobile, retail industry, or marketing services.
  • Affiliate marketing experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or G Suite, and ideally Salesforce and Tableau.
