Job Responsibilities

The Sales Representative role involves coordinating marketing resources, meeting with clients to enroll them in financial products, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients.

You will also be responsible for contacting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting follow-up meetings, and assisting with agent contracting and licensing requirements.

In addition, you will guide new agents through the training and launch process, providing ongoing support and coaching to ensure their success.
