The estimated salary for this role is $100,000 - $200,000+ per year, with uncapped commission opportunities. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Job Responsibilities

As a sales representative, you'll be responsible for connecting customers with comfort through simple heating, cooling, and air quality upgrades or whole system replacements. You'll work closely with our installation crews to provide next-day service, multiple financing options, and the strongest guarantee in the business.

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. You'll have access to warm sales leads, provided by ARS, eliminating the need for canvassing or cold-calling.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience selling residential services in home
  • Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in company-provided vehicles
  • A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
