Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Care Specialist to enhance our operations. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience. The Vehicle Care Specialist will support both Sales and Service departments by maintaining the condition of all vehicles under our care and ensuring smooth vehicle flow throughout the dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain vehicle storage areas in a clean, organized, and visually appealing manner.
  • Ensure vehicles are presentable for customers and monitor inventory effectively.
  • Relocate vehicles as necessary and ensure they are fueled appropriately.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of the showroom display.
  • Verify the receipt of new vehicles and conduct damage inspections.
  • Keep the service breezeway clean and clear of vehicles at all times.
  • Carefully move vehicles in and out of technician stalls.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma with at least one year of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience operating both manual and automatic vehicles.
  • Willingness to work flexible retail hours.
Compensation: $22.61/hr
