- Design and develop drawings for landscape architecture projects, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Contribute to Firmwide design excellence and problem-solving, demonstrating creative thinking and innovative solutions.
- Understand the relationship between design and constructability, incorporating sustainable and urban design solutions into projects.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with diverse clients and public officials, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
- Ensure HOK document standards are met and archive documents appropriately, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Assist in proposal preparation and participate in client interviews, showcasing expertise and building strong relationships.
- Mentor staff and engage in staff development, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and MS Office.
- Proficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Sketchup, GIS, Ecotect, Enscape, Lumion, and Grasshopper.
- Proficiency in BIM, Revit preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or architecture, plus 10+ years' experience.
- Master's degree in landscape architecture or urban design preferred.
- Registration with current license preferred.
- LEED credential required within 6 months of employment.
- Knowledge of Construction Administration and experience with civic and campus architecture, including public and private projects, plazas, streetscapes, medical research buildings, city agency and process, and/or stadium design, preferred.

Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, education, and location. The reasonably expected salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000.
