Job Summary:

As a Security Employee at Stellar Enterprises, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our facilities, employees, and clients. This is a dynamic position that requires a high level of attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control and Security Protocols: Ensure that all security protocols are followed, including monitoring access control systems, managing keys, and conducting regular patrols.
  • Incident Response: Be the first point of contact for incidents and disturbance reports, and provide guidance to visitors, clients, and employees.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer calls, relay messages, and provide assistance to visitors, clients, contractors, and employees.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and secure work environment.
  • Professional Development: Continuously update your knowledge and skills to stay current with industry best practices and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Certifications: Successfully completed IHK Sachkundeprüfung according to § 34a Gewerbeordnung or the willingness to complete it at our expense.
  • Experience and Skills: Ideally, you have gained some experience in a similar position, with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Language and Qualifications: Fluent in German and English, with a valid driver's license (Class B).
