Job Title: Lead Retail Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Anderson Merchandisers, L.L.C. As a key member of our sales and merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing merchandising strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute merchandising plans to drive sales growth and meet client expectations
  • Train and supervise sales merchandisers and other team members to ensure high-quality execution
  • Educate customers and store personnel on product features and benefits
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality work in all areas of the store
  • Communicate effectively with the Market Sales Manager and other stakeholders
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and merchandising; retail experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
