Key Responsibilities:

  • Role models REACH principles with customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Supports a positive store culture and embodies all aspects of a Green Culture Pulse, promoting a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Promotes TJX Rewards credit and loyalty programs, and supports and responds to Front End coverage as well as Dressing Room and Jewelry needs.
  • Upholds a culture of honesty, integrity, and respect, communicating accurately and effectively with management and Associates.
  • Adheres to labor laws and Associate meal and break period policies, maintaining organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for sales floor and participating in maintenance/cleanliness of entire store.
  • Processes and preps merchandise for sales floor following Door to Floor and Working Smart principles, adhering to Front End policy and procedures including ringing sequence and operational controls.
  • Ensures "go backs" are properly tagged/hung and promptly returned to the sales floor, balancing register draws and or cash office as required.
  • Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy, adhering and upholding merchandise and signage standards, and partners with Merchandise Coordinator to create and maintain compelling features, flexing the sales floor as needed.
  • Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs, adhering to operational and loss prevention controls according to company guidelines and policies.
  • Identifies and communicates alert signals and potential safety issues immediately to management/loss prevention to ensure a safe environment.
