About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fire Damage Restoration Specialist to join our team at PuroClean. As a key member of our restoration team, you will play a critical role in helping families and businesses recover from devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other conditions resulting in property damage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer satisfaction and represent the PuroClean brand with a 'One Team' mentality
  • Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes, including regular vehicle and equipment maintenance and organization
  • Work with your direct supervisor to ensure the team is unified and efficient, following all uniform and policy guidelines in line with the Brand Identity Guide
  • Develop production expertise through providing services and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor, and fellow technicians, with a focus on attention to detail in cleaning of contents and homes from fire damage
Requirements
  • Willingness for continued learning and growth, with a strong attention to detail in organization, cleanliness, and care for facility, assets, and equipment
  • Aptitude with record keeping, recording information, and communicating effectively
  • Awareness and respect for safety, using care and caution with teammates and customers
  • Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines, with the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and be comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
