Job Title: Contracts Manager

Resideo is seeking a highly skilled Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for revenue generation through State and Cooperative Contracts, while also managing support functions essential to sales productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maximize ADI presence and market share by bidding on and winning State and Cooperative Contracts.
  • Develop key customer relationships, define, and execute sales and growth strategy, while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
  • Actively engage with ADI supplier partners to develop a national go-to-market strategy.
  • Team with ADI Strategic Sales team to capitalize on revenue and enhance customer relationships.
  • Act as an escalation point and advocate for critical customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and client retention.
  • Support national sales team as our Contracting subject matter expert, demonstrating market knowledge and competitive knowledge opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally within ADI's departments such as Legal, Operations, Finance, and Sales.
  • Develop procedures for our teams to follow to maximize revenue and minimize risk.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years State and/or Cooperative Contracts experience.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work within multiple teams.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Travel 20%.

  • The typical base salary for this role, ranges from USD $97,090 to $168,910 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
