We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Contract Manager to join our team at Premier, Inc. This role will be responsible for organizing, negotiating, and managing a large and complex portfolio of pharmaceutical contracts on behalf of our membership.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date contracts, including reviewing terms and conditions and negotiating modifications as necessary.
- Contract Analysis: Perform moderately complex financial analyses to review purchasing trends for assigned portfolios and model portfolio expenditures and associated fees.
- Relationship Building: Establish and build relationships with Premier Business Partners and Membership to ensure the most competitive purchase agreements are accessible, accurate, and available to our members.
- Contract Administration: Answer member and business partner inquiries regarding contracts, contract language, and compliance.
- Work Experience: 5 or more years of applicable experience in contract management, pharmaceutical contracting, or a related field.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).
- Skills: Contract administration, data analytics, supplier relationship management.
- Experience: Experience within supply chain, pharmaceutical contracting or management experience.
This role will be based in an air-conditioned office space with no travel requirements.
CompensationPremier's compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. The internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000, dependent on several market factors.
