Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Contract Manager to join our team at Premier, Inc. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain a large and complex portfolio of pharmaceutical contracts on behalf of our membership.
  • Contract Negotiation: Analyze current purchase patterns, assess prevailing market conditions, and prepare competitive bids to ensure the most favorable purchase agreements are accessible to our members.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Establish and build relationships with Premier Business Partners and Membership to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Financial Analysis: Perform moderately complex financial analyses to review purchasing trends and model portfolio expenditures.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: 5 or more years of experience in contract administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required).
  • Skills: Contract administration, data analytics, supplier relationship management, and experience within supply chain.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $148,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
