About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Pet Paradise Resort. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of Front Desk Associates, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct supervision and guidance to Front Desk Associates, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Assist the management team with training employees, assigning and directing work, and conducting employee performance reviews.
  • Report and document any potential hazards or behavioral problems involving guests or employees to the management team.
  • Assist with front desk functions, including processing check-ins and check-outs, answering incoming phone calls, and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby during operating hours.
  • Responsible for assisting new and existing team members in completing their required training and certification programs.
  • Perform additional duties as required by the management team.
Requirements
  • Two years or more in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Strong organizational, cash management, and sales skills.
  • Comfortable leading by example and being around dogs of all sizes.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a criminal background check.
