About the Role:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will work closely with our team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with customers, and provide exceptional service to meet their insurance needs. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets, developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed monthly sales targets* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up* Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their needs* Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, resources, and knowledge to drive sales growth and success* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to ensure expertise and competitiveness

Requirements:
* 1+ year of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues* Proficiency in negotiating and closing sales deals* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously* Familiarity with insurance products and services, including property and casualty, life, and health insurance* A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required
