Virtual Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize active listening, empathy, and ownership to resolve customer issues.
- Communicate professionally with various departments to rectify customer concerns.
- Strategically offer product bundles and price points to meet customer needs and minimize churn.
- Proactively encourage retention by contacting clients at high propensity churn points to assure satisfaction and re-contract relationships.
- Meet or exceed budgeted retention goals for all product lines.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Familiarity with virtual environments and minimal supervision.

- A competitive base pay of $17.75 per hour.
- The potential for significant upside above targeted earnings through commission.

Location: The position is based in the West Division, covering states such as Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, New Mexico, Colorado, North Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, and Wisconsin.
