About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive who embodies the spirit of a 'Hunter' with a solid history of selling intricate enterprise-wide software systems, ideally within Sell-Side and Buy-Side financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the designated territory.
- Organize Discovery Calls, Preparation Calls, Dry Runs, and PowerPoint Presentations.
- Deliver business solutions presentations at the executive level.
- Develop pricing proposals and lead negotiations to successfully close deals.
- Manage multiple complex sales cycles concurrently.
- Prepare precise sales forecasts and sales cycle reports using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Cultivate key relationships with senior management across the assigned territory.
- Engage in regional travel within the territory.
Performance Goals:
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling Trading Compliance & Data Software or complex enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel to meet clients and prospects.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Documented success in consistently surpassing corporate objectives and quotas.
- Familiarity with trading and compliance workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct experience in the industry is highly desirable.
- Background in selling to financial institutions.
- Established relationships within compliance sectors.
- Strong understanding of buy-side and sell-side financial institutions.
- Knowledge of trading and compliance solutions utilized by these firms.

Compensation:
The pay range for this full-time position is $120,000 to $199,270.00, reflecting the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries based on the role, level, and location. Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
