Role Responsibilities:
The Clinical Nurse Leader is responsible for ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating all departmental functions during their shift. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating admission and discharge processes to optimize patient flow.
- Participating in the assessment of care quality and collaborating with management to enhance service delivery.
- Promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff to improve patient outcomes.
- Engaging in service recovery initiatives to uphold a patient-first philosophy.
- Assisting in staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Managing staff schedules and ensuring efficient labor utilization.
- Overseeing inventory control and supply management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 60 months of employment.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment.
- Trauma Nursing Core Course certification within 18 months of employment.
- Registered Nurse license.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
