Compensation:
Annual salary ranges from $100,000 to $150,000.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing various construction projects from inception to completion. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in a variety of projects, including new builds and renovations in commercial and retail sectors.

Specific Duties Include:
  • Overseeing all phases of construction projects.
  • Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to establish project requirements and develop comprehensive project plans.
  • Managing project budgets and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinating the efforts of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
  • Conducting site inspections and meetings to track project progress and resolve any issues.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and clients.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety and building regulations.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing new construction and renovation projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes and quality standards.
  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent budgeting and financial oversight skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
