  • Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • License Requirements: Currently hold a Property and Casualty License and must be able to obtain a Life and Health License.
