Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a dynamic school setting. As a Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in assessing and treating students with communication disorders, collaborating with special education staff, and developing individualized education plans (IEPs).
Responsibilities:
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' communication needs and develop targeted treatment plans to improve their language and speech skills.
- IEPs and Collaborations: Work closely with special education staff to develop and implement IEPs, ensuring that students receive the support they need to succeed.
- Caseload Management: Manage a variety of caseloads, including students with diverse communication needs and abilities.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in school and/or pediatric settings, with a strong preference for experience with IEPs.
- Licensure: Active California State License.
