Job Summary:

At Diverse Lynx, we are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our Home Health team. As a Speech Pathologist - Home Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services in the comfort of patients' homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' unique needs and goals.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice.

2 years of recent experience in speech-language pathology, preferably in home health or a related setting.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of professional practice and regulatory requirements in speech-language pathology.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve patient goals.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Proficiency in computer technology and required software applications.
