About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Regional Engineer to join our team in Vancouver, WA. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience as a registered civil engineer and be proficient in GPS surveying, Civil3D, and H&H modeling.

The successful applicant will lead a team of engineers and biologists responsible for planning, designing, and constructing wetland and wildlife restoration projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead engineering scoping, planning, design, and construction management on specific projects
  • Prepare project scopes of work and budgets for funding proposals
  • Conduct field inspections and perform construction management oversight
  • Act as contracting officer to ensure compliance and budget management

Requirements:

Candidates must have a B.S in an engineering curriculum, be a registered civil engineer in the state(s) of Washington and/or Oregon, and hold a PE license (or be able to obtain within 9 months). Experience with tidal and estuary wetland restoration, stream restoration, and fish barrier modifications is beneficial.

Benefits:
