Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Regional Engineer to join our team in the Vancouver Field Office in Vancouver, WA. As a key member of our conservation team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and constructing wetland and wild land restoration projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in leadership and team meetings to drive program growth and strategy
- Perform engineering scoping, planning, design, and construction management on specific projects
- Prepare project scopes of work and budgets for funding proposals
- Conduct field inspections and perform construction management oversight

Requirements:
- B.S. in an engineering curriculum
- Registered civil engineer in Washington and/or Oregon (or ability to obtain within 9 months)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
