About the Opportunity

This role will play a critical part in shaping the organization's human resources strategy and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, hiring, retention, and employee relations.
  • Design and implement effective and respected diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that drive employee growth and development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in human resource administration, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Expertise in all areas of human resource management, including diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, compensation, benefits, policies, employment law, integrated talent management practices, employee relations, recruitment and retention, and professional training and development initiatives.
  • Strong organizational development/design and change management experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to present information to all levels of staff and to the Board of Directors.

Compensation and Benefits

The position is a salaried, exempt, full-time position with a salary range of $145,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on professional and lived experience. Additionally, the Foundation offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental insurance, PTO, and holidays.
