Responsibilities:- Program Management: Design, implement, and monitor a diverse range of programs and activities that cater to the interests and needs of our members. Ensure program documentation and reporting are accurate and timely.
- Staff Supervision: Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of dedicated staff members. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Financial Management: Oversee branch finances, including budget management, grant reporting, and accurate record-keeping. Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable specialist to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
- Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with local schools, community organizations, and parents. Promote the club's mission and programs to increase awareness and support.
- Facility Management: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the club building and vehicles. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with children in a youth development setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to the Boys & Girls Club mission and values.
