Lead Business Development and Team Growth

TRUPIANO-KETRON is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and lead a team of sales representatives. As a leader in the industry for 120 years, we offer a unique opportunity to develop relationships with existing clients and expand our network through referrals and leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and expand our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
  • Supervise and guide team activity, ensuring high performance and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members on our systems and processes.
  • Provide daily reporting on field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development to drive team success.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively.
  • Passion for building relationships and helping others.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to contribute to the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.

Licensing and Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in the U.S.
  • Clean background and reliable transportation.
