Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator Associate (CRCA) to join our dynamic and multidisciplinary team. This role is pivotal in conducting groundbreaking translational and clinical research, contributing significantly to the evolution of perioperative practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for research participants, sponsors, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee the coordination of studies from initiation to completion.
- Adapt recruitment strategies as necessary to enhance participant engagement.
- Assess participant eligibility and secure informed consent in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with clinical and research laboratories for the collection and processing of research samples.
- Engage directly with study participants and their families to gather and manage clinical and research data.
- Maintain and manage research project databases, ensuring compliance with protocols and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of consenting and data collection processes, implementing improvements as needed.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with clinical research and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) regulations is preferred.

Work Environment:
This position may require occasional evening and weekend hours. The role demands a commitment to safety and adherence to university policies.
