Position Overview

At CLevelCrossing, we are seeking a dynamic and adaptable individual to serve as the Chief of Staff to our Senior Vice President of Sales. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our sales organization, aligning activities with the strategic priorities of the SVP of Sales. The Chief of Staff will manage daily operations, enabling the SVP to concentrate on business growth and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP of Sales and the senior management team, stepping in as needed.
  • Facilitate effective decision-making processes for the SVP of Sales.
  • Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives and the delivery of new programs.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Sales Operations to address challenges and develop plans.
  • Evaluate inquiries directed to the SVP of Sales, determining appropriate actions and delegating tasks as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues within the Sales Leadership team.
  • Represent the SVP of Sales in internal communications.
  • Lead a team of Program Managers dedicated to supporting Sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive-level engagement.
  • Exceptional managerial and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with senior management.
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative approach across departments.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, proficient in utilizing key data and reporting tools.
  • Action-oriented with versatility in problem-solving.
  • Leadership experience is essential.
  • A Master's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
